2. Navigate to the "Order History" section.

3. Locate the specific order containing the item you wish to return.

4. Click on the "Return Item" button and follow the provided instructions.

5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documentation.

6. Schedule a pickup with our designated courier partner, or drop off the package at a specified location.

**5. Inspection and Approval:**

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is found eligible, we will process the return and issue a refund or replacement, as per your preference.

**6. Refund Process:**

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been approved. Please note that it might take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing times.

**7. Return Shipping Costs:**

Buymode.shop will cover the return shipping costs for eligible return cases such as defective or incorrect items delivered. For other eligible return categories, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
