• Allow up to 1-3 days for delivery of Mystery Box purchases. 
• Mystery Boxes are final sale and not eligible for return, size/color exchanges, or fit liberty exchanges. No price adjustments on prior purchases. It cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions. Reset, Recycle, and Refresh Credits cannot be applied to Mystery Box orders.
• Shipping and tax if applicable will be applied to all orders. Shipping costs and taxes to international addresses will vary based on location, and customers are responsible for paying any applicable International Duties and Taxes. No refunds on any shipping costs.
• If a customer orders multiple Mystery Boxes across different orders, boxes may contain some duplicate items. Buymode will not review previous customer purchase history and cannot guarantee that the customer’s Mystery Box will not contain a style they previously purchased from Buymode.
• Non-Warranty Products cannot be exchanged and have been tested by us before being packaged for shipping. By purchasing the Mystery Box product, the user is deemed to have agreed to all the Terms & Conditions listed.
• Terms are subject to change at any time, and all discounts are subject to our Terms of Service. Buymode reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time.
• Released Parties will have no liability on Buymode whatsoever for and shall be held harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer.
